DELISH

Snaking is always hard at work, you tend to go for the boring stuff because your brain is already frazzled with the amount of work you have to do - not to mention your boss has put you on a deadline and its 3:30 and your on the verge of tears. It is so important to fuel your body what you put in is definitely what you get out. This is definitely my go to snack when my brain is feeling sluggish or worn out.
 
What you need
Ryvita all natural rye crispbreads
Almond butter (remember to check the sugar contents, opt for all natural and try for organic)
Banana 
 
Simple easy and satisfying!
